228和平紀念日 蔡總統：轉型正義是和時間賽跑的工作
今天是 228 和平紀念日。內政部表示，為落實轉型正義，2017 年起已全面清查戶籍資料，現行戶口名簿、戶籍謄本等，政治受難者均無記載如叛亂、匪諜、槍決等不名譽文字。蔡瑞月舞蹈研究社等多個本土社團號召民眾，再次集結走上街頭，思考 228 帶給台灣的疼痛；台灣國家聯盟下午在自由廣場前舉辦紀念活動。

言論自由日》紀念鄭南榕 關注李明哲：正因言論自由遭受中國酷刑
民主前輩鄭南榕於 1989 年 4 月 7 為言論自由殉道而亡，2016 年行政院正式核定 4 月 7 日為言論自由日，每年均在今日會有紀念活動，追思鄭南榕的精神以及捍衛得之不易的言論自由。藉著言論自由日，或許能順帶注意到，台灣人李明哲在中國因發表言論而遭受酷刑，應於今（2022）年 4 月下旬釋放回台，但如今毫無聲息，值得台灣人持續關心。

組黨就是簽生死狀！黨外攝影師邱萬興的民進黨組黨見證
1980 年代的黨外民主運動中，黨外人士投入公職選舉或編輯黨外政論雜誌，特別是黨外雜誌，在美麗島事件鎮壓後雨後春筍多元出現，其中，在 1985 年參與大量黨外雜誌編輯的黨外攝影師邱萬興（1960-），桃園市觀音區的客家人，1979 年畢業於復興美工，親身經歷黨外到民主進步黨組黨這段歷程，適逢邱萬興先生出版《台灣關鍵年代：民進黨的誕生1986-1987》，《報呱》專訪台灣民主奮鬥史中這位勇敢、樂觀又充滿才氣的邱萬興先生，請他與讀者分享此書以及他見證民進黨組黨的秘辛與心得。

怕遭清算？杜特蒂宣布參選2022副總統
菲律賓總統杜特蒂任期即將於 2022 年到任，根據菲律賓憲法不能競選連任。不過，杜特蒂在 2021 年 8 月 24 日宣布他將在 2022 年競選副總統，並繼續征討毒品與叛亂份子。然而，批評人士認為，這是杜特蒂的煙幕彈，因為杜特蒂害怕下台後會因掃毒時的濫殺政策而遭到刑事指控。

陳文成事件四十週年：紀念一位堅決抵抗國家暴力的勇者
1981 年 7 月 2 日，陳文成遭警總以約談之名自住處被帶走，整整一日皆無消息，直到隔天上午 7 時 30 分，才被發現陳屍在國立臺灣大學研究圖書館後方左側草坪上。
今天，2021 年 7 月 2 日，正好是陳文成博士逝世四十週年的日子，謹以此文紀念在天之靈的陳文成，還有過往所有堅決抵抗國家暴力的勇者們，並期盼未來陳文成廣場的說明牌能順利設置，命案的真相也能早日水落石出。
