中國統戰滲透台灣校園
本文欲破除三個有關於統戰的迷思與話術;接下來則透過採訪「青年抵抗校園統戰聯盟」之發起人之一,以理解目前中國統戰滲入校園的模式;繼之,筆者採訪了幾位曾經參加過統戰交流團的同學,以真實的經歷與統戰滲入校園的模式互相呼應和對照;最後,本文則嘗試提出反制的方式,本文認為,教育部也許是現行制度之下,作為反制中國滲入校園的最佳部會,透過獎勵補助款的發放認定,以鼓勵的方式讓各大校園轉向與非中國之國家交流,進而降低統戰滲入校園的風險。
